It's Awkward and Awesome Thursday!!

Woot Woot!

I haven't gotten to participate in awkward and awesome thursday in what feels like forever and get excited because I have been saving up some good awkward pictures!!

As you can tell I haven't been able to chit chat much this week but Sunday I am planning on spending more than enough time cuddled up on the couch to do so!! :)


Getting to the Awkward and Awesome of today.....


AWKWARD


1. People. Yes just people in general I cant tell you how many awkward dress, accessorized, looking people. I wish I could just walk around with a camera on my forehead just so you would all completely understand what I am talking about but luckily I do have some pretty handy sneaky picture taking skills that came in handy for these babies...

 See this guys backpack strap?! haha It was literately holding on by a thread!

 I don't know why but I thought this guy just looked so funny 

and this lovely lady... well you cant see it super well but she is wearing a weird tube-top, white biking shorts, and some super chunky healed shoes. Oh and she had BRIGHT blue eye shadow on. lol


2. It might be just a little awkward that it is like the 7th week of classes and i still occasionally have to look up my schedule.


3. People falling asleep in church


4. Being so white that when I cross my legs for a long time Ill get a big red mark on my leg from the "pressure" and then people will be all "OMG what happened to your leg?!!?"


5. Not realizing that my sandwich from Which Which had bacon that I did not ask for and the wrong kind of cheese on my second half.


6. Not posting this till eight at night... I tried to do this earlier today but there was just too much school goin on.


AWESOME
1. I won my first giveaway!!!!!! :) Im suuuuper excited about it and when it gets here I will tell you all about it!


2. Having some pretty darn good six week grades! 


3. Justin living in Stillwater! Let me tell ya I am LOOOOVING it!! :)


4. Making eggy toast for the first time ever!! yummmy!


5. The weekend ahead!! I cant wait for it! Gonna be pre-celebrating for Justin's birthday and going to the OSU game!


6. Getting my next project today! Ill be designing a Master Suite!


7. Thinking positive and writing the paper that I am dreading and studying for a Lifespan test that I think might kill me! (well Im almost there)

Impressed

Howdy Ya'll!!

 I hope you are having yourself a merry little Tuesday.

I just have to say thank you so very much for all of you incredibly sweet comments yesterday! :) they all put a big smile on my face!

Justin's move was very successful!

He pretty much got everything done except for some boxes left in his room. 

His living room however is suppper nice! 

Im tellin ya I am soooo impressed because he "designed" the whole thing himself!

Yes really!! He picked everything out from the rug to the furniture and the accessories! 

I have pictures to prove to you just how impressive this is!!...

(there is a really neat 3D picture that is gold and black and it will go above the couch)

I call this the man chair! haha

and these are the bar stool that I am absolutely in LOVE with! 

(Thats Justin's Dad btw lol)

CRAZY GOOD RIGHT?!?

He is now calling himself an interior designer haha and in this senario I think he definitely has earned it!

So yeah there you have it folks! I think you should leave the man some blog lovin... just a little... I mean if you at all as impressed as I am!

His room isn't picture ready yet but when it is I will be sharing it with yall too because I am thinking its gonna be just as good looking as this!

After Seven Long Months...

TODAY IS THE DAY!!!

Today Justin is FINALLY moving to Stillwater!!!

Which means were both in the same state, city, and basically even the on the same street!

It take less that five minutes to get to each others places 

(which is soo much better than 45min when were both actually living at home)

I am soo excited I can't sit still! I have the biggest smile on my face and I am about as giddy as a girl who got her first kiss!

Justin graduated from his tech training school this past Wednesday and I cant even begin to tell you how proud I am of that manly stud!

Seven months ago we were saying goodbye as he left for basic and now we're finally beginning an "everyday" life together!

In March Justin left for basic and was there for two months. He didn't have any kind of communication whats so ever except for writing snail mail letters and an occasional 5-15 min phone call on a sunday which was always to his mom. I wrote Justin everyday and would be jumping up and down in the middle of the street when I would get a letter from him (I received a total of 10! - which is pretty good compared to most!) 

After the two months had painfully and slowly gone by Justin's parents and I went down to San Antonio to see him graduate from basic! It was one of the best trips ever! When we finally saw each other it was like we handout skipped a beat and we just had soo much to catch up on! I can't really put into words how amazing it was being together again!

This was the first time we saw each other since he had left!

(BEST HUG EVER)

Justin actually got to come home for a few weeks before he left for Missouri and let me tell ya those few weeks were like heaven and 100 pumpkin lattes mixed together kind of bliss compared to the previous months! but then He had to leave once again! This time for five months but he would be able to have his phone and he promised we would talk everyday if possible! So it was just .00000000000000001 times easier to let him go. 

It was actually just me and him at the airport the morning he left for Missouri. We didn't have to say much we just held on to each other, and given each other lots of kisses not really being sure of when we would be seeing each other next. Little did we know how lucky we would be to see each other a lot more than we imagined!! :)

(and we took a kissy picture! lol which is actually one of my favorites)

(sorry if you hate kissy pics! It goes along with the story though!!)

And now the day we have been talking about forever and ever is here!! 

Crazy Right?!

Now I can probably bet you that all of my I's will probably become We's and I hope ya'll don't mind it too much! 

Personally I am getting a little tired of the word "I" but I might be a little bias! ;)

It.Is.Finished.

I made it!! I got it done just in time and I have to say I am pretty happy with my little project!

Through this design I will be adding on to my kitchen and will eventually end up with a complete house at the end of the semester!

I have designed a house from the ground up before but I never got to take it step by step which is what I am really enjoying with this project!

Now I am finally off to the wonderful place called heaven (aka my bed) to make up for the eight + hours I missed last night!

Project Update!!!!

Project Due at 5:10pm 

Current Time: 12:00

Time spent on campus working on project since yesterday: 8:00pm - current..

Thats right I still haven't gone home! I pulled an all-nighter and to add a little TMI in the mix I am still wearing the same clothes I was wearing yesterday. 

I have two classes this morning interfering with valued project time right now but at 1:30 I will be back into the drafting room!

I really have everything done I just need to put a little glue on my papers and stick them on! 

Estimated time for completion: 30 minutes!

I PROMISE I will have another post tonight with my finished project on it so stay on the look out and plan to come back after dinner! :)
